September Love Affair!

I have a confession. This post was originally designed to read- August Love Affair.

Just when I was about to post this, my youngest broke his foot and it was off to Urgent Care for us. The next day, we went on vacation then I held some Reiki trainings and this poor little post got pushed back, back, back ...life...life...life!

I'm channeling my many arms of Kali and juggling my many hats and I'm excited to share last month's- ahem...this month's lineup.

There's a lot to love about this month's Love Affair lineup!

From tasty treats to nurturing adaptogenic blends and whimsical side notes, each featured product has made me stop and enjoy the moment this summer. And since summer is on it's way out, September  is the perfect time to remind ourselves to stop and savor the moment because before we know it, the winter frost will be here.

1) Dream Dust by: Moon Juice

The perfect concoction to help quiet a busy mind and gently lull you to sleep, Dream Dust is an adaptogenic blend of herbs designed to help you relax and unwind at the end of a busy day.  Working while you sleep to heal and enhance your brain body, sleep and heart. Full of bioactive minerals, Dream Dust will help to restore mind/body/spirit balance, one sip at a time.

Dream Dust is a powder that can be added to warm milk, tea, yogurt, ice cream, you name it!

2) Gulsuyu- Turkish Rose Water by: Ian Tarim

This Turkish rose water is so fun to play around with. It instantly makes every dish and drink fancy. I spent the summer adding it to my baking batters, iced teas and coffees and I even put a few drops in a spray bottle that I kept in my refrigerator for a cool and aromatic mist.

Note, I added rose water to pound cake batter, two months later, people are still talking about it!

3) Zenbunni- Cacao de Alchemica by: Zenbunni

Possibly the best chocolate bar out there. Zenbunni chocolate makes desert a guilt free must. Made with pure organic biodynamic phycocyanin infused salt and maple crystals and rich 70% cacao, the result is a balanced and almost smoky rich chocolate bar. Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free and Free of refined sugars, each petite bar is a delightful delicacy.

Have you tried any of these products before? If so, what did you think?
