The Art of Stress Reduction

In this intimate two hour workshop, integrative energy healer, Sojourner Williams will guide you on an interactive, sensory and intuitive journey to explore, acknowledge and dissipate your stress on both a subconscious and conscious level.

Through guided meditation and journaling, you’ll be supported as you reflect on your personal relationship with stress and anxiety. You’ll identify triggers and with the support of a group we’ll discuss and examine ways to target and reduce stress and anxiety.

Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, you’ll delve into the relationship between breath, yoga, meditation, energy healing and positive affirmations to calm and redirect your relationship with your body, creating permanent shifts that will reduce stress, create calm and balance.

This workshop will touch on:

~ Foods, herbs, spices to calm and reduce stress response

~ Stress reducing daily habits

~ Meditations for managing stress

~ Breathing exercises to control stress and anxiety

~ Stress and anxiety reducing yoga poses

~ Affirmations to manage stress and anxiety

~ Lifestyle practices to keep stress low and joy abundant
