Stress Less! The Ultimate Success Program for Reducing Stress and Achieving Mind/Body/Spirit Balance: Custom 8 Week Coaching Program

Week 1- In Depth Consultation

Using the ancient science of Ayurveda, we’ll identify your unique proclivities and needs based on your constitution. We’ll delve into the energy sheath with an intensive and private Akashic reading session to determine the root cause of your stress as well as the subconscious blocks inhibiting your ability to let it go. This session will culminate with Reiki to begin the process of stimulating the body’s parasympathetic nervous system, ushering in a state of deep relaxation and ease as the chakras are aligned and energy balanced.

Week 2- Diet and Nutrition

This session will begin with a Thai Yoga massage to relax the body and release tension. We’ll follow with the presentation of a meal plan (based on Ayurveda and your personal preferences) designed to properly nourish the body, to support sustained energy and proper relaxation. We’ll talk about mindful eating in a way that doesn’t agitate the central nervous system or antagonize the heart rate. You’ll be introduced to natural means of controlling hypertension and anxiety with herbs, aromatherapy and spices. 

*Note- if you are on medication for high blood pressure, these nutritional practices are not in lieu of taking your medication. It is my experience however, that with continued herbal and nutrition support, individuals are able to, under the direction of their doctors, lower their medication doses and or be removed entirely from their medication.

Week 3- Energy Balancing Session

In this comprehensive 2 1/2 hour session, you’ll receive a full energetic overhaul.

I will draw upon a variety of healing modalities to ensure that your energy is balanced, body is calm and spirit feels cleansed.

Your session will include:

  • Aural clearing with crystals and sage

  • Yoga Nidra and Intention Setting

  • Thai Massage

  • Restorative Yoga poses

  • Chakra Balancing

  • Moxibustion

  • Reiki

  • Aromatherapy

  • Sound Bath

  • Akashic Reading (5 questions)


Week 4- Breath

In this session we’ll turn inwards and cultivate proper breathing practices that will support the body in lowering the heart rate and drawing in an optimal amount of oxygen. You’ll leave with a set of breathing exercises and practices that you can return to that will  assist with relaxation, energizing the body, and facilitating sleep. This session will end with a Thai Yoga massage where we’ll work on deep breathing to assist gross motor movements. 

Week 5- Yoga

This session will focus on yoga poses to facilitate grounding and calm as well as a Restorative Yoga session and custom sequence. 

You will learn individual yoga poses that can be used to ground and balance the mind and body. This session will culminate with a Restorative Yoga practice. The sequence used in your Restorative Yoga practice will be written down for your continued practice. 

Week 6- Meditation

This session will introduce you to a variety of meditation practices that can be used to relax the mind and body. Meditation styles will be selected based upon your individual needs and with your Ayurvedic constitution in mind. This session will culminate with a Reiki session. 

Week 7- Yoga Nidra

In this session, you’ll be introduced to yoga Nidra. You’ll enjoy a brief slow yoga flow followed by a grounding and soul expanding Yoga Nidra practice. The Yoga Nidra session will be recorded for your future reference and use. This session will end with Reiki. 

Week 8- Energy Balancing Session
